U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

5. Design Proofs and Approval

If a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully. Approval of a proof confirms that all spelling, placement, colors, sizing, layout, and design details are correct.

Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.

If a customer does not respond to a proof request within the timeframe provided, the order may be delayed or processed based on the information submitted at checkout.

6. Pricing and Product Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time. We do our best to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

7. Order Processing and Turnaround Times

Processing and production times vary depending on the product, customization details, order volume, and supply availability.

Turnaround times listed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise in writing.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
