At U’Nique Dezigns, we take pride in creating custom, personalized, and made-to-order products with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order so you understand our processing times, delivery expectations, and shipping responsibilities.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Because many of our items are custom or made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, supply availability, and design details.
Typical processing time is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time due to design creation, proof approval, production, and quality checks.
Please make sure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order, including names, spelling, colors, sizes, photos, wording, and shipping address.
U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Design Proofs
If a design proof is provided, production may not begin until the proof is approved.
Delays in proof approval may delay the overall processing and shipping timeline.
Once a proof is approved, the order will move into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.
Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping providers.
The shipping carrier used may depend on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, package weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Any available shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be applied according to the terms listed at the time of purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.
U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for:
Shipping carrier delays
Lost packages marked as delivered
Stolen packages
Weather-related delays
Incorrect delivery scans
Packages delivered to the wrong address by the carrier
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your leasing office, front desk, mailroom, or local post office.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide:
Clear photos of the damaged packaging
Clear photos of the damaged item
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Damage claims must be reviewed before a replacement, store credit, or refund is considered.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, customers must select the local pickup option at checkout or receive approval before pickup arrangements are made.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on product type, order size, and current order volume.
Rush order requests must be approved before purchase.
Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten production or processing time. Expedited shipping only affects the carrier transit time after your order has been completed.
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During holidays, graduation season, special events, sales, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Please place time-sensitive orders early to allow enough time for production and delivery.
U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for missed deadlines due to late orders, carrier delays, or customer-submitted errors.
