At U’Nique Dezigns, every item is made specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed. Please review all order details carefully, including names, dates, colors, sizes, and design selections before submitting your order.

If an error is made on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and make it right.

Because all items are custom made, changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
