Return & Refund Policy

At U’Nique Dezigns, every item is created with care, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction in mind. Because many of our products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the customized nature of our products, all custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom shirts
Tumblers
Pens
Keychains
Rhinestone items
Personalized gifts
Digital designs
Custom accessories
Any item created with a name, photo, logo, wording, color choice, size selection, or special request

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Order Review

Please make sure all order details are correct before submitting your order. This includes names, spelling, colors, sizes, photos, design details, addresses, and any other personalization.

U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To review your claim, we may require:

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized products
Digital downloads
Clearance or sale items
Items damaged due to customer handling
Items with incorrect information provided by the customer
Items returned without approval
Used, worn, washed, or altered items

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Issues

U’Nique Dezigns is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays
Lost packages marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Packages returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started. Because custom orders may begin quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
